Ton has spent more than twenty years building homes and spaces in Krabi, learning the land, the climate, and the realities of construction through real projects. From private homes and villas to hotels, cafes, and large storage facilities, his experience comes from doing the work day after day. He leads with calm confidence, making sure every project is practical, well built, and made to last.
Architect
With over thirty years of design experience, Tum has shaped everything from resorts and hotels to private villas. He believes good architecture should feel natural and honest, responding to how people actually live. His designs focus on light, flow, and buildability, creating spaces that are beautiful without being complicated.
Customer relations
Jurairat works closely with the director and architects and is often the friendly voice clients speak to first. She supports clients through decisions, timelines, and communication, and she also brings SketchUp skills with basic D5 and AI rendering knowledge.
3D designer
Bogdan Demchenko, known locally as Hamzah, produces architectural renders and walkthroughs for Ton Korsrang. Using SketchUp and D5 Render, he helps ideas feel clear and real before they are built.
